We focus on investing in real estate companies driven by entrepreneurs in Western Europe, North America and other developed regions. Our focus is primarily on cash flowing portfolios, and secondarily on development projects with a completion timeframe of within 18-24 months.

OMNIA is sponsor of a roll-up of client-owned diversified real estate portfolios in Western Europe, North America and the UAE for listing on the Swiss stock exchange, SIX, providing liquidity for our clients and upside and yield for public investors.
Our clients own cash flowing and yielding properties as well as development projects. They are looking to institutionalise their finance needs and to make their equity holdings liquid by contributing them as share capital to an already listed public company on the SIX, which in time will be operated similar to a REIT. We are expecting to go public through a reverse takeover by September 2020.
